Philip Michael Daigneault
Philip Michael Daigneault’s love affair with the law began as a teenager working summers as a file clerk in a busy litigation firm. While attending college at University of California at Santa Barbara he began concurrently attending law school at night at the Santa Barbara College of Law.
Mr. Daigneault has devoted his professional life to providing high caliber, solution focused results to his clients. His experience includes the litigation and/or settlement of marital estates with values from more than 100 million to those which are technically insolvent. The valuation and cash flow analysis of closely held businesses is his particular focus. The preparation of prenuptial agreements, division of retirement plan benefits and issues concerning business, real estate, estate planning and child custody matters are also areas of focus.
As a director of the Southbay Bar Association he frequently consults with our local judicial officers (judges) regarding local process and procedures. Mr. Daigneault is presently responsible for the Southwest Judaical District in court mediation panel which assigns attorneys, CPA’s and other professionals to mediate and conduct Mandatory Settlement Conferences at the courthouse and at the pleasure of our local judicial officers.
In his personal life Mr. Digneault is married to the Linda Nespole a Vice President of a local Aerospace Company and has three lovely children. Taylor a Kinesiology major at Long Beach State University, Ashley a Physical Science major at UCLA and Derek who serves as captain of the Palos Verdes High School Surfing team.
